Shifa Foundation, a non-profit and non-governmental organization, is currently implementing projects in various districts of Sindh Province. Sealed bids are invited from registered suppliers, vendors, contractors, and rent-a-car companies for the provision of vehicle rental services on monthly and daily basis for project operations.
General Requirements
- Vehicles must be in good working condition.
- Vehicles shall be equipped with Tracker, Tool Box, Tow Chain, Jumper Cable, Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Box.
- Drivers must possess valid licenses and relevant experience.
- Fuel will be provided by Shifa Foundation.
- Vehicles will be hired on an as-needed basis and quantities may vary according to project requirements.

Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted separately along with all required supporting documents.
Important Notes
- Lowest price shall not be the sole criterion for award.
- Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
- Vendors involved in fraudulent, corrupt, collusive or coercive practices shall be disqualified and may be blacklisted.
- The contract may be extended in case of project extension under the same terms and conditions.
