Overview:
A Non-Profit Organization is officially seeking competitive proposals from qualified Consulting Firms, Training Institutes, or Training Organizations to design and deliver practical, market-oriented vocational and digital skills training consists on for the period of 2 to 3-month per trade implementation timeline. The primary objective of this initiative is to economically empower 500 vulnerable young individuals (aged 16–30 years, with a mandatory 60% women representation) through market-driven technical expertise, entrepreneurship incubation, and sustainable livelihood support.
Scope of Work & Training Clusters:
Selected partners are expected to establish localized training venues, provide credentialed instructors, deliver hands-on curriculum (structured as 80% practical execution and 20% theoretical foundations), and actively guide participants in formulating viable business startup frameworks across the following primary domains:

1. Conventional & Technical Skills (Target: 200 Trainees): Comprehensive modules covering Tailoring, Beautician, Handicrafts, Mobile Repairing, Hand Embroidery, Industrial Stitching, and Fashion Designing.

2. IT & Digital Literacy Skills (Target: 300 Trainees): Advanced market courses covering Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, UI/UX, E-Commerce platforms, AI Productivity Tools, Freelancing methodologies, and Social Media Marketing management.
Core Eligibility Criteria:
• Formally registered institution/firm with a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and professional references.
• Proven institutional experience executing social development, enterprise generation, or financial literacy frameworks targeting women and marginalized groups.
• Demonstrable field capacity, including proficiency in local target area languages.
• End-to-end operational capacity encompassing training center venue sourcing, safety management, curriculum localization, pre/post evaluation, and strategic market linkage setup.
