Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Assistant will support daily procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders
  • Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Goods Issuance Notes (GIN)
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
  • Ensure proper arrangement and placement of inventory in designated locations
  • Coordinate and dispatch inventory to medical camps and centers as per requirements
  • Coordinate with the Purchase Department for deliveries and follow-ups
  • Update inventory in the system on a daily basis
  • Prepare and manage monthly reports related to procurement, inventory, and stock
  • Assist in audit preparation (internal/external audits, documentation, and record verification)
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Coordinate with team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration / Supply Chain / related field)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain / logistics
