Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Rural Development, or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in community mobilization or development projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct community meetings and awareness sessions.

Must be willing to travel within the assigned district.
