Position Summary
The Psychologist will provide mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services to vulnerable children, youth, and families, integrating trauma-informed approaches within education and vocational interventions.
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
A. Mental Health Service Delivery
- Conduct psychological assessments and counseling sessions.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
B. Case Management & Referrals
- Develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate referrals with hospitals, social welfare, and protection services.
C. Capacity Building
- Train project staff on Psychological First Aid (PFA) and stress management.
D. Documentation & Ethics
- Maintain confidential case records in line with ethical standards.

- Number of clients served per month
- Improvement in psychosocial well-being indicators
- Staff trained on PFA (100%)
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s in clinical psychology / applied psychology
- 3–5 years of experience (Punjab context preferred)
