Design, deploy, and manage complex digital data collection systems using SurveyCTO.
Develop and maintain multilingual survey instruments, workflows, and quality assurance mechanisms.
Monitor data quality through automated checks, back-checks, and enumerator performance tracking.
Build and maintain automated ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and related technologies.
Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
Maintain data documentation, codebooks, metadata, and data dictionaries.
Develop and maintain dashboards for program monitoring, field operations, donor reporting, and management decision-making.
Work across BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Superset.
Integrate dashboards into web platforms and digital products where required.
Automate recurring data processing and reporting workflows.
Support integration of external data sources and geospatial datasets.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of RADS' digital platforms and data systems.
Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and ethical research standards.
Implement best practices for data security, access management, and data retention.
Support and mentor junior data staff and consultants.
Coordinate with software developers, researchers, and program teams to meet organizational data needs.
Serve as a key technical resource for data-related initiatives across the organization.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in data systems, analytics, database management, or data engineering.
Strong experience with SurveyCTO, Python, SQL/MySQL, and data management workflows.
Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Superset, or similar tools.
Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using Python and/or Stata.
Experience with geospatial analysis tools (QGIS, GeoPandas, Leaflet).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and workflow automation tools.
Experience supporting research studies, health programs, development projects, or large-scale surveys.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously.
