- Advanced degree in Law, Human Rights, Public Policy, Gender Studies, Development Studies, International Relations, or related field.

- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in human rights, governance, public policy, or strategic advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of human rights frameworks, national and international legislation, and governance systems in Pakistan.
- Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination.

- Bachelors Degree in Human Rights, Law, International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or relevant field related to human rights.

- At least 2 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in human rights, law, or governance.
- Demonstrated capacity to conduct high-quality legislative and policy research in the area of human rights.

- Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB or JD)

- At least 03 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level as a lawyer, in legal research, litigation, or legal advocacy
- Experience in Business & Human Rights litigation is an advantage.
