Invitation for Quotation Supply
of Play Lab Items

Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 (a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad), is a non-profit and non-governmental organization engaged in welfare and development initiatives.

Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from eligible and registered vendors/suppliers for the supply of Play Lab Items, as per the details mentioned below:

Terms & Conditions:

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted.
• The deadline for submission is Monday, May 11, 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained.
• All items must be delivered to the Karachi ISD Office.
• Delivery must be completed within 5–7 working days after issuance of Purchase Order.
• Rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes (GST & WHT).
• Quoted rates should remain valid for at least three (03) weeks.
• Procurement may be executed partially or fully based on organizational requirements.
• Payment will be made within 20 working days after receipt of invoice/bill.
• Payment will be issued via cross cheque in favor of the company/business.
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Valid NTN & GST registration
  • Proven relevant experience
  • Financial capacity (Bank Statement for the last 1 year)
• Items will be inspected upon delivery. Any non-compliant items must be replaced by the vendor at their own cost.
