The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in day-to-day operational activities, coordination, and reporting. The role ensures smooth execution of processes, timely service delivery, and effective communication between Pakistan-based teams and Australian stakeholders.
Support daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
Coordinate with teams to maintain workflow and service delivery standards
Track and report operational performance, KPIs, and SLAs
Assist in scheduling and workforce planning (including Australia time zones)
Identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational records
Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality
Act as a point of contact for issue tracking and resolution
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
3–6 years of operations or coordination experience
Experience working with remote or international teams preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Task completion and turnaround time
SLA adherence and accuracy
Reporting timeliness and quality
Process improvement support
