- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or other relevant areas from a reputed institute. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 7-8 years’ experience in communications, public relations, knowledge management, marketing, and proposal development/advocacy support preferably in the context of international development or healthcare.
- Familiarity with communication and SBCC strategies, branding, and media relations and stakeholder engagement for partnerships.
- Understanding of concepts, tools and features of knowledge dissemination via web-based and print publishing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be a leading criterion in selection
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for media and communications.
- Willingness to travel nationally to project sites
