Position Objectives:
|
|
Operationalize, administer and coordinate at all level for successful implementation of Health and hygiene program supported initiatives activities at NHQ and PHQs while engage all stakeholder complying require services standard in collaboration with Provincial Managers and field team to achieve program outcomes.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

|
Smooth implementation of Preventive health component of PHC to reduce curative burden by implementing IFRC programmatic approach for Epidemic Control for Volunteers, (ECV) CBHFA, WASH, MHPSS, and health emergency response planning. Preparation of proposal, conduct assessments, effective implementation/coordination/reporting (financial/narrative) financial reconciliations

Coordinate and communicate with Health staff working in the field, for capacity building, develop understanding with management for program execution.
|

|
Review and develop IEC material for Health and hygiene activities
|
|
4
|
Assist in procurement of Health and WASH items, maintain inventory record of, and prepare demand, conduct procurement for required material and coordinate dispatches.
|
|

|
Correspondence and coordinate with Branches in consultation with line manager and forward requests through coordination with provincial setups
|
|
6
|
Compile and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports/ presentation required by PMER and for donors. Facilitate auditing of preventive health stock
|
|
7
|
Facilitate in training of staff and volunteer on ECV, MHPSS FA, CBHFA and ensue smooth implementation of activities as per plan of action.
|
|

|
Ensure financial utilization to complete planned activities of program with in the limitation
|
|
9
|
To conduct field monitoring visit and prepare monitoring report accordingly on per standard PRCS formats.
|
|
10
|
Arrange, design, and facilitate in emergency preparedness training and workshops and be prepared to respond emergencies along with Health team specially FA/PHEC.
|
|

|
Ensue completion of small-scale interventions in community with support of staff and volunteer.
|
|
12
|
Design and implement SBCC strategies for behavior change and community engagement.
|
|
13
|
Support outbreak preparedness and response planning for emerging diseases.
|
|
14
|
Develop and adapt IEC/BCC materials for health and hygiene promotion.
|
|
15
|
Ensure community feedback mechanisms and accountability to affected populations.
|
|
16
|
Mainstream gender, inclusion, and protection in all interventions.
|
|
17
|
Strengthen monitoring indicators and documentation of best practices.
|
|
18
|
Training and retain pool of volunteer on ECV, MHPSS, PHiE, CBHFA modules and related guideline of movement.
|
|
19
|
Inter and Intra sectoral coordination with relevant stakeholder for joint area of implementation and task completion.

Any other task assigned by management

Qualification and Experience
|
|
|
Master of science in Public Health or Health relevant domain from HEC recognizes institute
|
|
|
2-3 years post qualification experience related to Health & WASH programs/projects
|
|
AGE:
Maximum Age limit 35-40 years
|
|
|
