Key Responsibilities
Office Cleaning & Maintenance
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workspaces, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised office environment at all times.
Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor for replenishment.
Ensure compliance with basic health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Office Support & Assistance
Provide general support to staff in routine office tasks.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms, office spaces, and logistics for meetings, trainings, and official visits.
Support during events, workshops, and internal activities.
Assist in facilitating visitors when required.
Messenger & Document Handling
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office as required.
Handle official correspondence, courier services, and dispatch tasks.
Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of documents.
Maintain confidentiality of documents and information handled.
Refreshments & Basic Services
Prepare and serve tea/refreshments for staff and visitors, as required.
Coordination & Flexibility
Perform duties across cleaning, messenger, and office support functions as required.
Respond to instructions from supervisors and support different units based on operational priorities.
Support opening and closing of office premises, as required.
Safeguarding & Conduct
Maintain professional behaviour and respectful interaction with staff and visitors.
Adhere to organisational policies, including safeguarding, code of conduct, and workplace discipline.
Other Duties
- Perform any other duties related to office support as assigned by the supervisor in line with organisational needs.
