Position Summary
The Program Delivery & Systems Associate will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and execution of program activities under the Program Delivery Specialist.
The role will serve as a central coordination point, maintaining strong communication linkages with internal teams, Program Managers, and relevant external stakeholders. It will ensure timely tracking of deliverables, alignment with program targets and M&E frameworks, and consolidation of results reporting.
A key focus of the position is operational efficiency, adherence to reporting timelines, and strengthening systems for data management, documentation, and performance monitoring across projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination & Delivery Tracking

Maintain a centralized system for tracking all program deliverables across projects (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

Monitor deadlines, flag risks, and follow up with Program Managers to ensure timely submissions.

Support coordination of key initiatives including Justice Hubs expansion, DEPD GRM, and new program rollouts.
2. Results Reporting & Data Systems

Lead consolidation of program data for:Develop and maintain standardized data collection templates across programs.
- Quarterly reports
- Annual Results Report
- Donor reporting requirements

Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely availability from all teams.
