Project Coordinator (Male)

Job Purpose:

The Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate field-level implementation, ensuring smooth execution of project activities and effective engagement with communities and stakeholders.

Duration: 7 Months

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate field activities in line with workplans and timelines.
• Liaise with government departments, vendors, and stakeholders in Swat and Peshawar
• Support organization of trainings, workshops, and awareness sessions.
• Supervise Social Mobilizers and ensure effective community outreach.
• Coordinate logistics, travel, and field arrangements.
• Maintain documentation (attendance, reports, photos, minutes).
• Support preparation of reports in coordination with Communication and Research teams.
• Perform any other project-related tasks.

• Field implementation reports
• Activity documentation and records
• Coordination with stakeholders
•  Timely execution of activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing implementation of projects relevant to peacebuilding and/or human rights
• 02 years of experience of working with marginalized communities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (women groups, youth, religious/community leaders)
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
