Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and search rankings

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising

  • Coordinate closely with content writers, designers, and external marketing agencies

  • Lead SEO strategy, including keyword planning, on-page and off-page optimization

  • Plan and manage webinars, online events, and strategic partnerships to generate qualified leads

  • Oversee content calendar and ensure consistency in brand messaging

  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI on campaigns

  • Generate performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or Media Studies

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare, education, or professional services)

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email automation tools

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)

  • Proven track record of lead generation and campaign management
