Relevant Experience & Job Description:

  • Prepare quantity takeoffs and BOQs for earthwork, concrete, steel, and dam structures
  • Develop and monitor project cost estimates and budgets
  • Handle contract administration (e.g., FIDIC), including variations and claims
  • Take site measurements and prepare running bills (IPC) and payment certificates
  • Assist in procurement, tendering, and evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers
  • Track project progress and cost reports (weekly/monthly)
  • Manage variation orders and claims due to design or site changes
  • Coordinate with headoffice team and maintain accurate documentation and records
