Role Overview
We are currently hiring for a Data-Driven Performance Marketing Analyst. This role is ideal for Data Science graduates or students who are interested in applying their analytical skills in a real-world marketing environment. As a Data-Driven Performance Marketing Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy, analyzing campaign performance, extracting insights, and optimizing digital marketing efforts using a data-first approach.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret marketing campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics and other platforms
Apply data analysis techniques to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
Design, test, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Email, etc.)
Translate complex data into actionable insights for business decisions
Work with cross-functional teams to align data insights with marketing strategies
Continuously experiment and improve campaign performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, or analytics concepts
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
1–2 years experience
Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Ability to think in a data-driven and problem-solving manner
Experience with A/B testing, forecasting, or predictive analysis is a plus
Location: Onsite – i8 Markaz Islamabad, Pakistan
Shift Timing: Full-Time (2 PM – 11 PM)
