About the Role:

Join our mission to empower communities through education! We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Assistant Manager Education to drive academic excellence, support school staff, and expand our educational footprint in the Diamer region.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Linguistics, or a closely related field.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven, relevant experience in educational administration or management.

 Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic establishment and operationalization of new schools in the region.
  • Assess the ongoing needs of existing schools and integrate these requirements into the region's annual strategic plan.
  • Drive academic excellence and student character-building by ensuring the strict implementation of the academic calendar and organizational interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of school staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, school operational manuals, and both internal and external audit observations.
  • Compile and provide accurate reports, data analytics, and other vital operational information to management as required.
