Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Field Officer to support community-level activities related to food and meat distribution during the Eid period. The role requires strong field presence, community engagement, and strict adherence to attendance and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field activities in assigned areas
- Identify eligible beneficiaries and develop accurate beneficiary lists
- Mobilize communities and coordinate with local stakeholders
- Support distribution of food and meat, including on Eid day
- Distribute Eid gifts to selected beneficiaries
- Ensure presence and active participation during all four days of Eid (1st to 4th day)
- Maintain proper records of distributions and beneficiary data
- Submit timely and accurate field reports
- Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure transparency in all activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Must be fluent in Pashto (mandatory); working knowledge of Urdu and English required
- Resident of Kalam or nearby areas (Bahrain District preferred)
- Prior experience in field work, community mobilization, or humanitarian activities is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during holidays (including Eid days)
- High level of integrity and commitment to attendance
