Protection Case Workers and GBV Case Workers

Qualification:

• Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, Gender Studies, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in project implementation, preferably in Project, women empowerment, skill development, or vulnerable community projects.

• Experience working with NGOs/INGOs and donor-funded projects will be preferred.

• Proven experience in community mobilization, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

• Oversee implementation of Protection cases develop and GBV Cases, GBV Cases identifications and referrals. 

•  Protection activities at field level.

• Coordinate vocational/skills training programs and monitor quality standards.

• Ensure timely reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly reports).

• Supervise field staff and maintain project documentation.

• Liaise with government departments, partners, and community stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of gender-sensitive and disability-inclusive approaches.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and report writing skills (English & Urdu).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Comcare)

• Monitoring and evaluation knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
