Job Descriptions:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of project staff in line with the timelines.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents (contracts, offer letters, extensions, experience letters).
  • Administer employee benefits including health insurance and compensation structures.
  • Maintain accurate project staff records for compliance and audits.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, attendance and final settlements.
  • Handle employee relations matter and respond to staff queries and grievances.
  • Analyze HR data (turnover, recruitment, compensation, L&D, engagement) and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for management and project teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across HRIS.
  • Assist in audits, donor compliance reporting and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and program teams to improve data systems and automation.
  • Design and support Organizational Development initiatives to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Conduct staff assessments (surveys, interviews) to identify organizational improvement areas.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • MBA/MPA/MS or BBA degree in HRM.
  • Minimum 3 years/ Maximum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
