Position Summary:
The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies, and supporting budgeting and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and donor requirements
- Process payments, invoices, and payroll
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor expenditures and provide financial analysis to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (NGO experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, and Microsoft Excel
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
