Job Description:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing with accurate HR data.
Handle employee queries and assist in grievance management.
Coordinate performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Hands-on experience with Sidat Haider HR Software is mandatory.
Experience with HRIS and strong MS Excel skills will be an advantage.
