Conduct hands-on training sessions in workshops or labs for specific trades (Electrical circuits, Mechanical assembly, or Tailoring/Embroidery).

Demonstrate the correct use of machinery, tools, and equipment (multimeters, lathes, sewing machines, or CAD software).

Assist in the development and execution of lesson plans that align with National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) or similar standards.

Oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure all machinery is in working order and report any defects.

Enforce strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols within the training facility to prevent workshop accidents.

Evaluate the quality of projects produced by students and provide technical feedback for improvement.

Maintain a log of raw materials (fabric, wires, metal scrap, etc.) used during training sessions to ensure efficient resource allocation.
