Position Summary
Social Mobilizers will directly engage with beneficiaries and communities to support project outreach, identification, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach and identify beneficiaries.
- Facilitate awareness sessions and community meetings.
- Support enrollment in education, vocational training, and rehabilitation programs.
- Ensure inclusion of vulnerable groups, including women and marginalized individuals.
- Document field activities and report to the Project Manager.
Deliverables
- Community engagement and mobilization reports.
- Training and awareness session documentation.
- Beneficiary enrollment and follow-up records.
- Lessons learned and success stories.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community mobilization or social development programs.

Language Requirements
Punjabi, Urdu, English (local language expertise preferred)
