Position Summary
The HR Assistant will manage recruitment, staff documentation, compliance, and human resources processes in line with organizational and donor policies.
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction of project staff.
- Maintain personnel records and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and donor requirements.
- Manage payroll documentation.
- Support performance management and staff capacity-building.
Deliverables
- Updated personnel records.
- Recruitment and onboarding reports.
- Staff performance monitoring documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR management within NGOs or development organizations.
