Position Summary The Finance Officer will manage all financial aspects of the project, ensuring transparency, compliance, and adherence to RS Welfare Foundation and donor policies.
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and budget tracking statements.
- Process payments according to approved budgets.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and financial policies.
Deliverables
- Monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Budget utilization tracking and variance analysis.
- Documentation for audits and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial management of donor-funded projects.

- Tally / QuickBooks / SAP, ERP systems (Java-based or other finance modules), Power BI dashboards, AI-based financial analysis tools
Reporting & Presentation Skills
- Budget variance reporting, financial presentations, audit reporting
Language Requirements
Punjabi, Urdu, English (local language expertise preferred)
