Position Summary
The MEAL Officer will ensure that monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems are effectively integrated within project implementation.
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement MEAL tools.
- Collect, analyze, and report project performance data.
- Ensure functional beneficiary feedback and complaint mechanisms.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational standards.
Deliverables
- Monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools.
- Quarterly and annual MEAL reports.
- Lessons learned and best practices documentation
- Quarterly Assessment and short studies
- Success Stories Booklet publication (digital)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within development projects.

Reporting & Presentation Skills
Reporting dashboards, presentations for project staff and donors
Language Requirements
Punjabi, Urdu, English (local language expertise preferred)
