Job Overview

The Physiotherapy Fellow will be responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy services, assisting in patient rehabilitation, and supporting clinical excellence through evidence-based practices. The role requires strong clinical expertise, patient management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

  • Provide physiotherapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and quality of life

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home care exercises

  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards

  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for integrated care

  • Participate in case discussions, training sessions, and continuous learning activities

Requirements

  • Qualification required: Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) or BS Physiotherapy (04 years)

  • Degree must be recognized/equivalent by the Higher Education Commission

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant clinical experience

  • Age Limit - 24 to 35 years

  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

  • Excellent communication and patient handling abilities

  • Knowledge of modern physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation methods

  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills

  • Professional ethics and patient-centered approach

  • Experience in hospital or rehabilitation center settings

  • Exposure to specialized physiotherapy practices (e.g., orthopedic, neurological, sports rehabilitation)

  • Commitment to continuous professional development
