Job Overview
The Physiotherapy Fellow will be responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy services, assisting in patient rehabilitation, and supporting clinical excellence through evidence-based practices. The role requires strong clinical expertise, patient management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

Provide physiotherapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and quality of life

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home care exercises

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards

Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for integrated care

Participate in case discussions, training sessions, and continuous learning activities
Requirements

Qualification required: Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) or BS Physiotherapy (04 years)

Degree must be recognized/equivalent by the Higher Education Commission

Minimum 03 years of relevant clinical experience

Age Limit - 24 to 35 years

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and patient handling abilities

Knowledge of modern physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation methods

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Experience in hospital or rehabilitation center settings
