Duty Station: Narowal District, Pakistan No. of Positions: 01 Contract Type: Fixed-Term (National Position) Contract Duration: Initial one (01) year, renewable annually based on satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Salary/Remuneration: PKR 250,000 per month (all-inclusive)
Position Summary
The Project Manager will provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership to ensure effective delivery of all project components. The incumbent will supervise project staff, coordinate with donors and stakeholders, ensure compliance with organizational and donor policies, and maintain quality assurance across interventions focused on child protection, vocational training, education, and social reintegration.
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
A. Project Management & Implementation
- Develop and maintain project implementation plans, timelines, and performance frameworks.
- Ensure timely execution of all project components.
- Supervise and guide project staff and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with RS Welfare Foundation policies and donor requirements.
B. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with donors, district administration, government departments, and community stakeholders.
- Represent RS Welfare Foundation in coordination meetings and forums.
C. Financial and Administrative Oversight
- Prepare and manage project budgets in coordination with the finance team.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control and transparency.
- Ensure proper procurement, documentation, and audit compliance.
- D. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL)
- Establish monitoring tools and key performance indicators.
- Prepare timely narrative and financial reports.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
E. Safeguarding & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to child protection and safeguarding policies.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Annual and quarterly implementation plans.
- Project progress and financial reports.
- Monitoring reports and project documentation.
- Risk assessment and mitigation updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing donor-funded development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in child protection or vocational skills development programs.

Language Requirements
Punjabi, Urdu, English (local language expertise preferred)
