The General Manager – Operations will oversee and manage remote operational teams in Pakistan supporting the medicolegal business in Australia. The role focuses on clinic coordination, doctor scheduling, room utilization,administrative team supervision.
The position requires strong operational leadership to ensure efficient coordination with Australian clinics, optimal resource utilization, adherence to turnaround times, and delivery of high-quality medicolegal documentation services.
Coordinate clinic schedules across Australian locations ensuring optimal doctor availability.
Manage doctor appointments, bookings, and room allocation to maximize clinic utilization.
Monitor and optimize clinic room utilization and scheduling efficiency.
Liaise with Australian clinic teams to ensure smooth clinic operations and appointment flow.
Oversee day-to-day remote operations teams in Pakistan, Administrative support staff.
Ensure adherence to operational workflows, documentation standards, and turnaround times for medicolegal reports.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.
Monitor service delivery against SLAs and operational KPIs.
Supervise and manage admin staff.
Ensure teams maintain productivity, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
Conduct regular performance monitoring, coaching, and feedback sessions.
Support training, onboarding, and development of new hires.
Establish and track operational KPIs including productivity, turnaround times, quality metrics, and clinic efficiency.
Generate operational reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues related to clinics, doctors, reports, or administrative processes.
Work closely with Australian leadership to resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Ensure strict adherence to medicolegal documentation standards, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
Maintain quality assurance protocols for reports submitted to lawyers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and productivity optimization.
Support implementation of digital tools and systems to streamline operations.
8–12+ years of remote operations management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Experience in healthcare, medicolegal, clinic management, or professional service operations
Strong experience with Australian clinic coordination and doctor scheduling
Experience managing remote teams supporting international operations
Experience supervising administrative teams and service delivery departments
Familiarity with medicolegal documentation workflows and confidentiality requirements
Strong clinic scheduling and operational planning skills
Excellent team leadership and staff supervision abilities
Ability to manage cross-border operations and time-zone coordination
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills for working with Australian stakeholders
High attention to quality, compliance, and operational accuracy
Ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously
Ability to work aligned with Australian business hours when required
Experience coordinating teams working across multiple time zones
