Specialist (Full-Time – Night
Shift)

About the Role

Broach Media Inc. is looking for a highly skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who understands both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website visibility on search engines and ensuring our content is optimized to appear in AI-driven search results and answer engines.

This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and modern content optimization strategies across multiple CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the audit report and indicate the errors
• Strong grip of technical SEO
• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Optimize websites for AI-powered search platforms and generative search results.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize websites across multiple CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and custom-built websites.
• Create SEO-optimized blog content and landing pages.
• Design simple graphics or visual assets for blog posts and social media when required.
• Monitor analytics, rankings, and campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, AI search developments, and digital marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant education and certification
• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of AI search optimization / generative search SEO.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising strategies.
• Expertise in WordPress SEO and optimization, with working knowledge of Webflow, Framer, and custom built websites.
• Knowledge of technical SEO including schema markup, site speed optimization, indexing, and structured data.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Basic graphic design skills for creating blog visuals and social media graphics.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to track and improve performance metrics.

Salary & Benefits

• Probation Period Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month
• Increment: Salary will be increased after the probation period based on performance and results.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time Night Shift
• This is not a part-time role.
