Job Description
Develop Educational Resource Materials i.e., Daily Lesson Plans, Assessments/Tests/Question Banks, Training Manuals, CPD Modules, audio-visual content, concept notes, frameworks, and technical reports.
Review Curriculum, Syllabus, Textbooks, and teaching-learning materials in the relevant subjects.
Coordinate with the regional MRCs for textbook review activities.
Plan, organize, and facilitate face-to-face training, cluster workshops, and on-the-job support of teachers in 9 regions of the READ foundation.
Conduct follow-up visits and meetings with major stakeholders in 400 READ foundation schools.
Plan, conduct, and analyze training needs assessments, focus group discussions, and interviews with participants of different training programmes.
Communicate effectively with inter and intra-organizational partners for various activities of the core programmes.
Coordinate with major stakeholders like publishers, schools, and regional teams.
Collaborate with other staff, management, and members to produce research information, collect and analyse data, and produce reports and briefings.
Document and share success stories, case studies, and best practices to showcase the programme’s impact.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel extensively to field sites and work under pressure.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Education: Masters in Islamic Studies or relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum Experience: 3 Years (Experience in training and material development in the relevant subject.)
