Job Description:
Summary: The Education Assistant engages communities to support education initiatives for host and vulnerable populations. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating school enrolment, strengthening community structures like PTCs and ACFs, and providing technical support to schools and ALP centers. The role involves capacity building, awareness sessions, data collection, and fostering self-reliance through community-driven initiatives. By promoting collaboration among stakeholders and ensuring conflict-sensitive mobilization, the officer contributes to sustainable education and community development efforts.
