Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the identification and mobilization of eligible Small Enterprise in collaboration with Enterprise Growth Advisors.
Supervise the registration and profiling process of
Small Enterprise
following project standards.
Promote equal participation of both women and men entrepreneurs, focusing on marginalized groups.
Create and deliver training sessions for enterprises, both digitally and in-person.
Customize training materials covering business management, financial literacy, marketing, digital tools, and entrepreneurship skills.
Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching support for
Small Enterprise
through Advisors.
Evaluate the quality of training delivery and assess participant learning results.
Establish partnerships with local chambers of commerce, financial institutions, suppliers, and buyers.
Organize exposure visits, business fairs, and networking opportunities for
Small Enterprise
.
Assist
Small Enterprise
in accessing credit options, digital platforms, and new market opportunities.
Coordinate district-level project activities with AHKF headquarters and the Project Coordinator.
Collaborate with community leaders, local government, and stakeholders to enhance project visibility and acceptance.
Prepare and submit timely reports about MSME outreach, training, mentorship, and outcomes.
Document success stories, case studies, and lessons learned.
Supervise and offer guidance to Enterprise Growth Advisors.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Enhance the capacity of Advisors in outreach, training facilitation, and business linkage development.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in enterprise development,
Small Enterprise
training, livelihoods, or business support initiatives.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training (both in-person and online).
Demonstrated ability to create business networks and partnerships for SMEs.
Background in supervising community outreach or advisory teams.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in English and Urdu, with additional regional/local language skills preferred.
Key Competencies
Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Proficiency in adult learning principles and participatory training methods.
Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities.
Commitment to gender-sensitive and inclusive community development.
Digital proficiency for training and business networking.
