Position Objectives:

|
Ensure positive engagement with religious leaders, community leaders, influencers and vulnerable communities to build support and partnerships.
|
|

|
Promoting awareness against Vaccine Preventable Diseases to communities. Utilize communication materials (e.g., posters, flyers, brochures) for social mobilization.
|
|
4
|
Identify and address community concerns and misconceptions about immunization and challenges in the program. Regular mosque announcements are to be ensured by male Social Mobilizers.
|
|
5
|
Regularly conducting village health committees and providing follow ups on the evaluation of success rate of VHCs. Build capacity for community volunteers and health workers on immunization promotion.

|
Mandatory participation in medical camps and providing assistance in crowd control and social mobilization.
|
|
7
|
Monthly Progress Report of every month should be submitted every month. Manage program resources and budget allotted for activities. Ensuring the staff’s compliance to their reporting officers and MAHQ staff.

|
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of data as per the needs of Data Officer. Billings and financial documents to be reported and submitted to Finance Officer, as per inquiry.

|
Compliance and affirmation of any task assigned by the competent authority. You will adhere to the Code of Conduct policy, duly signed by you in the contract.

Education.
|

Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in Social Sciences, Management, or any other relevant field from an HEC-recognized institute/university
|
|
Experience.
|
| |

1. The incumbent must have at least 2 years of professional work experience in disease surveillance, immunization activities, healthcare services, Social & Community Mobilization or other field-level public health programs.

2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Familiarity and work experience with community.
4. The incumbent must have clear understanding of gender equality, sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment.
