Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the project’s IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards for project monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Develop and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to support program operations.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and access control across all IT systems.
  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting to field and office staff.
  • Support digital data collection platforms (Kobo, google date studio, CommCare, etc.) and ensure smooth data flow.
  • Coordinate with MEAL and program teams to automate reports and visualize key indicators.
  • Maintain documentation of IT systems, SOPs, and user manuals.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGO or donor-funded projects.
  • Hands-on experience in dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of databases, MIS design, and system integration.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGO or donor-funded projects.
  • Hands-on experience in dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools).
