Role Summary:
Lead planning, coordination, supervision, and quality assurance of the PULSE Project’s Android-Based Survey (ABS) at the district level, ensuring accurate and timely implementation in collaboration with revenue departments and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage district-level PULSE Project’s ABS-Survey operations
  • Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and adherence to PULSE standards
  • Liaise with district administration, revenue officials, and communities
  • Prepare reports and maintain field documentation
  • Resolve operational issues, disputes, and risks

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Geography, GIS, Surveying, Urban Planning, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in land surveys, GIS-based or large-scale field projects
  • Experience with government or donor-funded projects preferred

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and team management
  • Knowledge of land records, cadastral surveys, and GIS tools
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions

Working Conditions:

  • Extensive fieldwork, including rural/remote areas
