Job Description:
Conduct vision and hearing screening activities in accordance with approved screening tools and guidelines.
Promote personal and community hygiene practices through awareness sessions and on-site guidance.
Identify, flag, and document suspected cases requiring further clinical assessment.
Ensure timely referral of suspected cases to appropriate health facilities or supervisors as per referral protocols.
Maintain accurate records of screenings, observations, and referrals.
Coordinate with supervisors and clinical teams to support follow-up and case management.
Adhere to organizational SOPs, safeguarding, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
