Job Description:
Provide clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of quality services in line with approved clinical standards and protocols.
Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all clinical activities.
Review, validate, and verify clinical findings, reports, and case documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate and oversee timely referrals in accordance with established referral pathways and clinical guidelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to clinical staff to strengthen service quality and compliance.
