Qualification:
BSCS/BCS/MCS degree from an HEC-recognized university with a minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.00.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in modern web development technologies and relational databases.
Technical Skills:
● Proficient in one or more backend languages/frameworks such as PHP (Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), JavaScript (Node.js), or C# (.NET Core).
● Experience with modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Blazor.
● Knowledge of web APIs, AJAX, Git/GitHub, and responsive design using Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
● Solid understanding of software design principles including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Model-View-Controller (MVC), and Repository patterns.
● Proficient in SQL with experience in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Soft Skills:
● Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
● Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and debug efficiently.
● Passion for learning new technologies and improving development workflows.
