Assistant Admin Officer / Front Desk Officer

 

Education:

 

Minimum Bachelors; additional certifications in office management or communication will be considered an added advantage.

 

Skills:

 

  • 2- 3 years proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Age:

  • Maximum age limit - 40 Years.

 

Salary:

  • PKR 55,000 per month, along with standard perks and privileges

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a neat and organized environment.
