 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an up-to-date asset register, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
  • Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  • Tag and label new assets according to company procedures.
  • Monitor asset conditions and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare asset reports for audits, management review, and budgeting purposes.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring annual asset audits and stock checks.
  • Coordinate asset disposal processes in line with company guidelines.
  • Support procurement and finance teams with asset-related documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in asset management, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of asset tracking systems and MS Excel.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance processes is an advantage.
