Project Event Coordinator (6-Month
Position)

The Project Event Coordinator will work closely with the program and research team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of events/meetings/trainings. This Islamabad-based, 6-month role involves logistical arrangements, stakeholder coordination, field team coordination and support in project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistical and administrative arrangements for project meetings and events.
• Liaise with field teams and partners to support event planning, participant mobilization, and information flow.
• Support project event management activities, including scheduling, preparation, and on-site coordination.
• Draft basic communication and IEC materials as needed.
• Maintain and update stakeholder lists, contact databases, and event records.
• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and related documentation.
• Perform other relevant duties to support effective project implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Communications, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, project support, or communications (experience in the development/NGO sector is preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and field team engagement is an advantage.
