Research Officer (6-Month Position)

A leading social sector organization is looking for a Research Officer to support project documentation, reporting, and research activities. This Islamabad-based, 6-month role requires strong writing, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Prepare analytical and narrative reports.
• Draft meeting minutes, briefs, and summaries
• Compile and organize data from field teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate regularly with partners and stakeholders
• Support research papers, concept notes, and technical reports
• Contribute to writing, editing, and knowledge-sharing products
• Perform other tasks to support smooth project implementation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field with minimum 1 year of experience in field research, monitoring, or program implementation (experience in family planning or health sector preferred).
• Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project districts across Punjab.
