Job Summary

The Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training on housekeeping operations, guest room standards, hygiene practices, and hospitality protocols. The role includes preparing session plans, developing trainees’ practical skills, and maintaining class records, attendance, and documentation for assigned batches.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Conduct training sessions on housekeeping procedures as per the approved curriculum.
  • Prepare presentations, lesson plans, and relevant training materials.
  • Adapt and develop course content as required for programs or projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of all modules within the training schedule.
  • Engage trainees through demonstrations, group activities, role-plays, and hands-on practice.
  • Maintain daily attendance, trainee records, and training documentation.
  • Prepare and support the administration of pre-tests, post-tests, and final evaluations.
  • Coordinate with co-trainers and training staff on day-to-day training activities.
  • Maintain organized soft and hard copies of training documents and evaluation sheets.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 14 years of education.
  • Preference for candidates with a Level II or relevant diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality.
  • At least one year of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
