Role Summary
 The Fundraising & Partnerships Officer will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders. The position involves identifying new funding opportunities, preparing proposals, strengthening existing partnerships, and supporting the overall resource mobilization strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support from individuals, institutions, and corporate partners.
• Identify and research potential donors, grants, and funding opportunities (local and international).
• Draft, edit, and submit proposals, concept notes, and reports for donors and partners.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with donors, sponsors, and strategic partners.
• Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align funding opportunities with program priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or partnership management (preferably in the nonprofit/NGO sector).
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network effectively with donors, corporates, and institutions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, under tight deadlines.
