Project Coordinator Livelihood

Job Description:

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

• Coordination and Technical Support
  • Coordinate all MSM and livelihood-related activities with relevant field teams.
  • Act as a focal point for MSM and livelihood related interventions at the Head Office level.
  • Provide inputs and follow up on guidance from the Project Lead to ensure timely and quality delivery of activities.
• Training and Capacity Building
  • Support the design and contextualization of MSM training modules.
  • Facilitate the organization and rollout of training programs for target beneficiaries and field teams.
• Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists and tools for tracking Projects’ progress.
  • Monitor the implementation of MSM activities in the field through regular data collection and reporting.
• Supervision and Field Support
  • Supervise and provide ongoing support to field teams working on livelihood components.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality and adherence to implementation guidelines.
  • Identify field-level challenges and propose actionable solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare and submit field visit reports, progress updates, and activity briefs.
  • Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned for ongoing improvement of program delivery.

Qualification & Experience

Master’s degree or 16 years of education in relevant field with 7 years of relevant experience in livelihood / enterprise development interventions.
