Key Responsibilities
The MIS Coordinator will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web-based applications using Laravel framework and other modern PHP-based technologies.
- Configure, manage, and optimize Postgresql, Microsoft SQL Server and other database management systems for performance, security, and data integrity.
- Develop and implement APIs and integrations between internal and external systems to ensure smooth data flow across platforms.
- Utilize AI tools and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, generate data insights, and support predictive analytics for informed decision-making.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and other visualization tools for management and stakeholder reporting.
- Conduct data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy in analytics.
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery protocols are implemented and regularly updated.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop customized data collection tools and monitoring dashboards for field and operational activities.
- Provide technical support and capacity building to staff on the use of MIS tools and data visualization platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in data analytics, cloud integration, and AI-driven solutions to continuously improve MIS infrastructure.
- Generate regular analytical reports and presentations highlighting project performance, trends, and data-driven recommendations.

- Fully functional and optimized MIS applications and dashboards.
- Integrated and secured SQL Server databases with documented configurations.
- Interactive BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Periodic analytical and performance reports shared with management.
- Documentation of system workflows, API integrations, and data management protocols.
- Capacity building sessions are conducted for MIS and data users.
