Position Objectives:

The primary objective of the Medical Officer position is to provide high-quality medical care and services to patients, ensuring their health and well-being. This role aims to diagnose, treat, and manage various medical conditions, while also promoting preventive healthcare practices. By offering expert medical guidance and care, the Medical Officer plays a critical role in improving patient outcomes and supporting the overall healthcare system.

Adheres to the Security rules and procedures defined in PRCS code of conduct.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring effective and timely patient care.
|

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines.
|

|
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
|

|
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with medical and legal standards.
|
7
|
Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations, stabilizing patients and coordinating further treatment.
|

Ensure readiness to handle urgent medical cases and provide referrals if needed.
|

Stay updated with the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices through continuous education and training.
|

|
Ensure good connection and communication with community and patients.
|

|
Ensure conduction of regular staff meetings to have a good and healthier working environment in the BHU.
|

|
Provide Reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis on pre-defined formats to the line manager at PHQ. Ensure compliance with all the matters and instructions of the senior management.

Education
|
|
MBBS degree with PMDC registration and one year of house job.
|

Experience
|

Skills / Knowledge
|

Strong coordination, leadership, and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Flexibility to travel to perform Mobil health camps in the field.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure, in challenging field environments, and with diverse teams.

Language: Fluency in Urdu, Pashto, and English (spoken and written).
